History

Toneri-kōen Station opened on 30 March 2008 with the launch of the Nippori-Toneri Liner, the automated guideway transit operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation. The elevated station sits in Adachi, Tokyo, takes its name from the adjacent Toneri Park, and consists of two island platforms serving three tracks; the centre track leads to a maintenance yard immediately north of the station. Station numbering was introduced across the line in November 2017, with Toneri-kōen designated NT11.
