Location
History
Kumanomae Station is in Arakawa, Tokyo, operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation (Toei) and serving as the interchange between the Nippori-Toneri Liner and the Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line). The Toden tram stop opened on 1 April 1913 as part of the Arakawa Line, and the elevated Nippori-Toneri Liner station — laid out with a single island platform serving two tracks — opened on 30 March 2008, the day the Nippori-Toneri Liner itself opened. Station numbering was introduced in November 2017, giving Kumanomae NT04 on the Liner and SA09 on the tram.
Notes
