History

Yōkan Station is a small Ichibata Electric Railway Taisha Line stop in Tsunematsu-chō, Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, which opened on 2 February 1930. With the holding-company restructuring of Ichibata Denki Tetsudō on 1 April 2006, the railway business was transferred to the new Ichibata Densha Co., Ltd. The unstaffed stop has a single side platform on the right when facing Taisha, with its entrance at the western end of the platform. Express services pass through without stopping.

Notes

Yōkan Station sits between Takahama and Hamayamakōen-Kitaguchi on the short Taisha Line running towards Izumo Taisha, yet the express service skips this stop entirely.
