Yoshii Station serves the city of Takasaki in Gunma Prefecture and is operated by Jōshin Dentetsu on its Jōshin Line, 11.7 kilometres from the Takasaki terminus. It opened on 5 May 1897. The station has a single island platform, with passengers crossing a level crossing to reach the station building. It is unattended. Yoshii Post Office and Yoshii Onsen are nearby.
