Location

History

Ushibuchi Danchi-mae Station is a station on the Iyo Railway's Yokogawara Line that opened on 1 May 1970 in Ushibuchi, Tōon, Ehime Prefecture. It is a staffed station with an island platform serving two tracks and passing capability; its station number is IY19. In front of the station spread the Ehime Prefectural Ushibuchi Housing Complex and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's Matsuyama Camp, and financial and postal facilities such as the Iyo Bank Ushibuchi Branch, the Ehime Bank Shigenobu Branch, and the Ushibuchi Danchi-mae simple post office are located nearby. The Iyotetsu Bus stop "Ushibuchi Danchi-guchi" is also close by. On the Yokogawara Line, it lies between Umemoto and Ushibuchi stations.
