Location
History
Seki-Shiyakusho-mae Station opened on 1 April 1999 on the Nagaragawa Railway Etsumi-Nan Line as the replacement stop for the Shimouchi Station on the Meitetsu Minomachi Line, which closed on 31 March 1999, although the new station lies about 800 m in a straight line from the former one. The station carries number 8.
Notes
The station is named for the nearby Seki City Office; the Seki City Learning Information Centre (Wakakusa Plaza) with the municipal library, and the Chūnō public wholesale market, are also in the vicinity. The station consists of a single side platform and is unstaffed, with a bicycle stand at the entrance on the Seki side and a car park in front.
