History
Ryūmai Station opened on 10 May 1942 on the Tōbu Koizumi Line in what is now Ōta, Gunma Prefecture; it is the only intermediate stop on the branch portion of the Koizumi Line. The station joined the PASMO network on 18 March 2007 and received a rebuilt station building in 2008. Station numbering as TI-47 was introduced across the Tōbu network on 17 March 2012, and the kan'i itaku arrangement ended on 31 March 2022, leaving an unstaffed halt fitted with simple PASMO ticket gates. The station has a single island platform serving two tracks, with the station building on the north side of the line and a footbridge linking it to the platform.
Notes
Ryūmai is the only intermediate stop on the Ōta branch of the Tōbu Koizumi Line, all other stations on the branch being termini.
