History

Nissei-chūō Station opened on 12 December 1978 as the terminus of the 2.6-kilometre Nissei Line, a Nose Electric Railway spur from Yamashita on the Myōken Line, in the town of Inagawa, Hyōgo Prefecture. The line and the neighbouring Nissay Newtown both take their name from Nippon Life Insurance Company. The station has one island platform and one side platform connected by an elevated station building. It became an unstaffed station on 1 April 1991.

Notes
