Location
History
Myōondōri Station is a station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijō Line in 3-chōme, Myōondōri, Mizuho-ku, Nagoya, carrying station number M24. It opened on 30 March 1974 as a station on subway Line 4, and became a station on the Meijō Line following the line-name change on 6 October 2004. Accessibility renovation work was completed in 2008, adding an elevator and a multi-purpose restroom, and platform doors began being phased into operation from February 2021. It is an underground station with two opposed platforms serving two tracks, and its line accent color is purple.
Notes
In fiscal 2019, the average daily number of boarding passengers was 2,080, the lowest of any station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway.
