History

Musashi-Yokote Station opened on 10 September 1929 in what is now the city of Hidaka, Saitama, as a stop on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line operated by the private Seibu Railway. The station lies 51.3 kilometres from the line's official starting point at Ikebukuro and consists of a single island platform serving two tracks, reached from the station building by a level crossing. Seibu Railway introduced systemwide station numbering during fiscal 2012, designating Musashi-Yokote SI29. In fiscal 2019 the stop ranked 91st of 92 on the Seibu network with an average of 295 passengers per day.

Notes

Musashi-Yokote is one of the least-used stops on the Seibu network: in fiscal 2019 it ranked 91st of the operator's ninety-two stations, averaging 295 passengers a day, down from 463 in fiscal 2011.
