History
Mishima-Futsukamachi Station opened on 15 December 1932 on the Izuhakone Railway's Sunzu Line, 2.9 km from the line's Mishima terminus. The single side platform serves a single track and the station building was historically staffed; from 23 February 2020, however, daytime attendance was cut back to only the morning hours of 07:00 to 08:30 in line with the same change at Takyō Station. From 18 January 2023 the station has carried the sub-name 'Mirai no Mishima wo tomo ni sasaeru' under a naming-rights deal with the local Ono Construction company.
Notes
The station stands in an industrial area of Mishima: the Yokohama Rubber Mishima plant lies immediately south of the station, with the Morinaga Mishima plant beyond it.
