Minamimachi Station is a stop on the Iyotetsu Jōnan Line in Dōgomachi 2-chōme, Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, with stop number 22. It is used by city tram (Matsuyama City Line) routes 3 and 5. It opened in 1926 as Nōji-shikenjō-mae Station and was renamed Minamimachi Station in 1944. On 13 April 1986, the track was realigned, and a safety zone was installed at the same time.

Minamimachi Station has two opposed platforms serving two tracks, both with safety zones, and platforms long enough for two-car trains. During the daytime, services run toward Dōgo-Onsen and Ōkaidō at roughly 7-minute intervals (routes 3 and 5), toward Matsuyama City Station at 12-minute intervals (route 3), and toward JR Matsuyama Station at 15-minute intervals (route 5).
