History

Koremasa Station opened on 20 June 1922 in the city of Fuchū, Tokyo, and is operated by the private Seibu Railway. It serves as one terminus of the 8.0-kilometre Seibu Tamagawa Line, the line's opposing terminus being Musashi-Sakai. The terminus configuration is reflected in the layout: a single side platform serves a lone, single-directional track. System-wide station numbering was rolled out across the Seibu network during fiscal 2012, with Koremasa assigned the code SW06 at that time. The Tama River lies close to the station.
