Location
History
Kitama Station opened as a station on the Asanogawa Electric Railway on 10 May 1925. It became a station on Hokuriku Railroad's Asanogawa Line when Hokuriku Railroad merged with Asanogawa Electric Railway on 1 October 1945. It is a ground-level station with a single platform serving one track, now operated as an unstaffed station. Its station number is A09, and the adjacent stations are Okobata (A08) and Kagatsume (A10). The station is located along the Asano River, in a residential area of Susaki-machi, Kanazawa.
Notes
Kitama Station opened on 10 May 1925 as a station of the Asanogawa Electric Railway, and became part of the Hokuriku Railroad Asanogawa Line when Hokutetsu absorbed that company on 1 October 1945. It has a single side platform serving one bi-directional track and is unattended.
