History
Kita-Ōgaki Station opened on 1 July 1944 as a new station on the Kintetsu Yōrō Line, between Muro and Kawama (the latter now closed), in Ōgaki, Gifu Prefecture. Operation passed from Kintetsu to Yōrō Railway on 1 October 2007. The unstaffed ground-level station has a single side platform serving one bidirectional track; trains in both directions toward Ibi and toward Ōgaki use the same platform face. There is no station building, with passengers entering directly from the Ibi end of the platform. An automatic ticket-vending machine is scheduled to be installed on 5 January 2026.
Notes
A private industrial siding to the Ibiden Kawama Works once ran off the section between Kita-Ōgaki and Higashi-Akasaka; traces of it can still be seen next to the works.
