Kawaraguchi Mihagino Station is an elevated Kitakyushu Monorail station in Kokurakita-ku, Kitakyushu, with station number 04. It opened on 9 January 1985 alongside the rest of the Kokura Line. The station has two side platforms serving two tracks and gained mono SUGOCA IC card support on 1 October 2015. On 13 March 2021 a Nishitetsu Bus Kitakyushu commuter-pass renewal machine was installed at the ticket window and a monitor showing departures from the adjacent Mihagino bus stop was placed in the concourse, tying that bus stop into the station's transfer role.

A monitor in the station concourse shows departures from the nearby Mihagino bus stop, so the station also functions as a monorail–bus transfer point.
