Location
History
Kawana Station opened on 10 December 1961 on the Izu Kyūkō Line, operated by the private railway company Izukyū Corporation. The stop sits 6.1 rail kilometres from the line's starting point at Itō Station and 23.0 kilometres from Atami. The station has two opposed ground-level side platforms connected by a level crossing and is staffed. The station building was rebuilt in 1980.
