Location

History

Kashima-Ōno Station is a Kashima Rinkai Railway station established on 14 March 1985 with the full opening of the Ōarai Kashima Line, located at Arai, Kashima, Ibaraki Prefecture. In 1999 it was selected as one of the Top 100 Stations of the Kantō Region. It is a ground-level, unstaffed station with an island platform serving two tracks. Kashima City community buses do not serve the station directly; passengers instead use the nearby Ōno Eki-iriguchi bus stop on Prefectural Route 242.

Notes

It was selected in 1999 as one of the Top 100 Stations of the Kantō Region, one of only a few Kashima Rinkai Railway stations to receive that designation.
