Location
History
Kanaya Station opened on 23 March 2001 as "Moriyama Shimin Byōin Station" (Moriyama Municipal Hospital Station) on the Nagoya Guideway Bus's Shidami Line (Yutorito Line). It was renamed "Kanaya Station" on 1 April 2013, to coincide with the closure of the nearby Moriyama Municipal Hospital. Its station number is Y05. It is an elevated station with opposed platforms serving two tracks, and no station staff are assigned.
