Location

History

Kamimoroe Station opened as a station on the Asanogawa Electric Railway on 10 May 1925. It became a station on Hokuriku Railroad's Asanogawa Line when Hokuriku Railroad merged with Asanogawa Electric Railway on 1 October 1945. Its station number is A03, and it is a ground-level station with a single platform serving one track, operated as an unstaffed station. The adjacent stations are Nanatsuya (A02) and Isobe (A04). It is located in Moroe-machi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, and the commercial facility "Alplaza Kanazawa" and the Japan Community Health Care Organization's Kanazawa Hospital, among others, are located near the station.
