Horikawa-chō Stop (DY12) is on the Hakodate City Tram Yunokawa Line in Nakajima-machi 21-banchi and Chiyogadai-chō 2-banchi, Hakodate, Hokkaidō. The stop has a sōtai (opposed) 2-platform / 2-track layout, with the platforms set in point-symmetry across the central intersection. The Hakodate Bus "Horikawa-chō" stop sits in front of the streetcar stop, and the surrounding area includes the Nakajima Renbai market and the Hakodate-Chiyogadai Post Office.

Horikawa-chō's two side platforms are arranged in point-symmetry about the centre of the intersection they flank, so the two platforms sit diagonally opposite each other and a passenger changing between them crosses the intersection on the diagonal.
