Location

History

Higuchi Station opened on 14 March 1992 as a stop on the Mōka Line, operated by the third-sector Mooka Railway, located in Chikusei, Ibaraki Prefecture. The station lies 6.6 rail kilometres from the line's terminus at Shimodate. It consists of a single side platform serving traffic in both directions and is unstaffed. Average daily boardings in fiscal 2018 stood at 28 passengers.
