Gudō Station opened on 1 October 1997 with the opening of the Tosa Kuroshio Railway's Sukumo Line. It is located at Gudō, Shimanto City, Kōchi Prefecture; its station number is TK41. It is an elevated station with one side platform and one track, connected to ground level by stairs. It is unstaffed, with no station building, but has a waiting shelter on the platform. It lies between Nakamura and Kunimi Stations, near large commercial facilities such as the Shimanto Shopping Garden and Fuji Grand Shimanto.
