History
Gōtokuji Station is an elevated stop on the Odakyu Odawara Line in Setagaya, Tokyo, operated by Odakyū Electric Railway. The station opened in 1927. It was extensively reconfigured in 2004 when this section of the Odawara Line was quadrupled: prior to that, the layout was two tracks and two side platforms, and the upgrade gave the station four tracks with two side platforms, the two outer tracks serving local trains while express services typically bypass the station on the inner pair. Odakyu introduced station numbering in 2014, assigning Gōtokuji the code OH10.
