Location

History

Fujimino Station opened on 15 November 1993 on the Tōbu Tōjō Line, despite being located in the city of Fujimi rather than the similarly named city of Fujimino. From the start it served as a passing point for express services. Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line through services began on 14 June 2008, the same day TJ Liner reserved-seat trains began running. Station numbering was introduced on the Tōbu Tōjō Line on 17 March 2012, with the station becoming TJ-18. Tōkyū Tōyoko Line through services to Shibuya, Yokohama and Motomachi-Chūkagai followed on 16 March 2013, and Sōtetsu network through services to Shin-Yokohama and Shōnandai began on 18 March 2023.

Notes

For a month from 5 April 2017, the east entrance was temporarily renamed "Momoiro Clover Z Station" to mark Fujimi City's 45th anniversary, with member Momoka Ariyasu serving as one-day stationmaster.
