Location
History
Ezuriko Station opened on 15 April 1923 and is today a station on the JR East Kitakami Line. Freight handling ended on 1 December 1962, and parcel handling ended along with the station becoming unstaffed on 1 August 1970; it became a JR East station at the privatisation of the national railway on 1 April 1987. It has supported Eki-net Q-ticket service since 1 October 2024. It is an unstaffed station managed by Kitakami Station, a ground-level station with a single side platform serving one track. Until the timetable revision of 2018, one early-morning train bound for Yokote passed through the station without stopping.
