Location

History

Daiba Station opened on 1 November 1995 on the Yurikamome automated guideway transit line in Minato, Tokyo. Numbered U 07, it is the southernmost station in Minato Ward and consists of an elevated island platform serving two tracks. The station is normally unstaffed, with personnel deployed on weekends and holidays when visitor numbers to the Odaiba waterfront district peak. Surrounding development—including Fuji Television's headquarters, the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba and Grand Nikko hotels, and the Aqua City Odaiba mall—has made it the central station for Odaiba sightseeing.

Notes

Although normally unstaffed, Daiba ranks third in daily passengers among Yurikamome stations, being the main station for sightseeing in Odaiba, with ridership rising in particular on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
