History
Bishamon Station opened on July 15, 1931 on the privately operated Tsugaru Railway Line, in an isolated rural area of present-day Goshogawara, 7.4 kilometres from the line terminus. The stop was closed on August 1, 1941 and stood disused until reopening on May 20, 1955. It has remained an unattended single-platform halt operated by the Tsugaru Railway Company; some trains pass through without stopping.
Notes
The waiting shelter at Bishamon was rebuilt in 2013 by local volunteers in plain, unfinished wood.
